Review content:
This was the worst service ever. The company was referred by the home warranty company. The worker came looked at the pump, said "someone had touched it" and refused to repair it. I got a second opinion from another company who was quick to see the problem and fix it under the warranty. Called and complained at the WE FIX UGLY POOLS and no one has called back. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone!!! I now have to fight to get the service fee returned to me!!!!!!! The worker Raphael just wanted the money stating "I would be calling him back to fix the pool." Which was a stupid statement. Why would I use this company ever. He never "touched" the pump. I need someone who will "touch" the equipment.
