I was shocked with the poor customer service I recently received from Richardson's. I had called at 8:30 on a Friday morning to place an order and was told that the flowers should be delivered by noon, and if not, by 1:00 at the absolute latest. I was also told that I would be receiving an email confirming delivery. As noon approached, I checked my email hoping for a confirmation. By 4:00 when I still had not received a confirmation, I called Richardson's to inquire about my order. The person who initially answered said, "if the order was placed at 8:30 it should definitely be delivered by now, but let me check to confirm." I was then transferred to the person who initially took my order and later mentioned was the manager. Unlike the first person I spoken with, the manager was extremely condescending and unnecessarily rude. She proceeded to tell me that they had received a funeral order which took precedence over any other order and basically that I would just have to wait. Had the ma
