Review content:
Painting the exterior of our house started out well enough with friendly service and assurances of superior skill and ability. Sadly, stucco repair only means a little bit of caulking, not actual repair. Paint is uneven and sloppy and their clean up left more mess than before. When asking them to return to fix their mistakes we were met with disdain, and outright rudeness. They came back, but only fixed a few of the problems. We now have hours of repair and clean-up to do ourselves. Not happy with this experience at all.
I do have to add that some of the painting is superb, but the majority of it is just sloppy and looks more like an amateur did it. We can only surmise that some of their staff is experienced and the rest is learning as they go with little supervision or correction. If your company is going to boast of 40 years experience then you'd better bring it. We saved for many years to afford the house painting and are very disappointed in the service of this company. What a shame!
