Review content:
We tried to stay here on our wedding night. We reserved a nice room with a fireplace and a jacuzzi. The woman at the front desk was a bit sharp but it was late when we arrived. The room looked great. We hopped in the Jacuzzi and when we went to shut off the bubbles the button popped out. When we brought it to their attention ( immediately) the man who was now running the counter refused to do anything and then offered up how a rough begining in a marriage was a good sign. We opted to leave claiming a full refund. It took a month an a report it Visa for credit fraud before we got our money back.
