Have gone to LaBella for 35 years or more. For the last year or two I have seen the service going down hill fast. There are managers and owners walking around talking to staff but they seldom acknowledge a customer. They certainly never inspect what comes out of the kitchen. Used to eat breakfast there 2-3 times a week but have quit that. No consistency at all and the cook has no idea how to scramble an egg and the fried ones are a crap shoot. Potatoes can be delicious or half raw.\r \r I ordered a pizza by telephone for home delivery. After 1 /12 hrs I called to check on it. Was told by the girl "we ARE busy...it is Saturday night you know ... it's on the way". An hour later I called again and asked for the manager. He told me the order had never been entered and said I should have asked for the manager when I called the 2nd time.No apology. All of a sudden it was my fault.
