I bought a refrigerator from Major Appliance Center located on Parson Road in Columbus, Ohio on April 19, 2007. It had a cracked water filter in it that leaked through my carpet to my lower level. My ceiling started to cave from the excess water and weeks later a black mold problem started in the affected floor/ceiling boards. \r \r I took pictures and reported the issue to them immediately. They took a week to get to my house to look at the damage. Then I did not hear back from them for weeks so I contacted them again. \r \r The owner Patricia Braun did not even apologize for the damage to my home. They never even offered to fix anything either. \r \r They say on their business cards that they are members of the BBB but they are not (falsehood). Ms. Braun answered the Better Business Bureau complaint on the last possible day and said she would resolve the issue in writing (smokescreen). Major Appliance Center never did. They do not have sound business practices. \r \r I have contacted the
