Review content:
Without a doubt, the WORST place to take your taxes. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Today is 3/24/11. I dropped off my taxes on 2/4/11. I still do not have my taxes in hand. I have called the office, spoke with the manager and even went to Corporate Headquarters.\r

There is no follow up since one of their best preparers took ill. The manager is totally inept. Claims he "only knew about this issue in the past two weeks." Corporate makes calls and even they do not get a response.\r

Calls promised are never returned. Tax preparers assigned do not follow up.\r
\r
This is going to the BBB and the NYS Attorney General's Office for follow up. \r

Get a load of this - they still want to charge me full price for tax preparation. Tomorrow starts week #9.
