Our first experience with this vet was to put down and cremate a long time friend. We had a 19 yr old cat that we had had for 18 yrs and we were told this would be the best vet that handles cremations as well. The experience was wonderful.. They were so kind and sympathetic. They got us in a room so we did not have to wait out in front in our grief, and also gave us proper time to say our good byes. After the final time, We received a nice sympathy card signed from the whole staff and we were treated as if we have been a customer for years when it was only our first visit. Now we got a new puppy and she needs to go in for shots and a diareah issue. When I called , as usual very friendly and attentive to the needs of our pet. Regarding the persons visit from 6/2008. I am not sure what happened other then the Drs were probably dealing with a major emergency in the back. I have worked for a vet, and it is standard that if the issues is not life threatening that the animal will be seen the
