Review content:
I had heard that this day spa was bad for the past few years, but recently started hearing good things, had a coupons and needed a haircut, so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did! First, Linda did my hair and it's beautiful! She listened, did what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with her work. She's smart, funny, knowledgeable and did a great job on me. Happy, I went back and had a facial done by Sophia. My skin looks and feels better than I ever thought possible! Then she surprised me by telling me about low cost things I could use at home instead of trying to sell me $100 in products. Third time's a charm, so I booked a massage with their new therapist, Michelle. I'll admit, there was a few minutes wait (not more than 5!), but it's obvious why once she starts working on you - if you need it, she'll spend a few extra minutes, at no extra charge, to make sure that your treatment is finished - instead of watching the clock and running out of the room when you're time is up. It was also obvious that she really cleans up in between clients - everything was nice and fresh when I went in. I haven't ever seen a therapist with her skill and training outside of a high end medical office! She has a lovely touch, took the time to actually listen and address my problems then gave me an honest to God therapeutic massage - instead of just perfuming me up, stacking rocks on my spine and expecting a tip. I don't like pain or feeling like my muscles are being ripped off my bones, but she used a different technique, gave me a super deep massage PAINLESSLY and seemed genuinely happy to explain what she was doing and why in a way that made sense to me - without using a bunch of $20 words or being condescending. I left feeling like butter instead of beat up or ripped off. (She was a hoot too!) For everyone who had so-so or plainly bad experiences here, you might want to try them again. The place is clean, classy and definitely worth the money and time I spent. I'll go back again, even without a coupon.
