HEED THE WARNINGS! \r
\r
I had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with them. These people are nothing but bottom-feeding sharks. Totally unprofessional and unethical thieves. \r
\r
The agent I dealt with acted like my friend but turned out to be a hustling scumbag- typical Miami trash.\r
\r
I made a long distance move from 1400 miles away to Miami. I looked at a place that needed a few repairs and was promised they would be done before I moved in. I get to Miami on moving day and nothing was ever touched or repaired. I then found a myriad of hidden issues that made the apartment unlivable, as things started to fall apart around me. I had to go to a hotel. I notified them and was promised everything would be fixed, but they dragged their feet on it, letting the repairs sit for over a week. \r
\r
Finally, running up a huge hotel bill, I ran out of money and time and had to move BACK to my home state. When I told them I wanted out of the lease they showed their true colors. Becoming nasty
