My wife and I went to their Sterling Heights location to purchase 2 new lights for our kitchen. We were working with Susan and at first she seemed a little put off like we were a bother to her. We ended up buying 3 lights for a substantial amount of money, all of which had to be ordered. the 2 kitchen lights came in and one was described in their ordering book as silver and was actually gold (not their fault). Then we were told the outdoor light was discontinued but she would sell us the floor model. I asked since it was a floor model with no box, instructions, warranty, been on everyday for who knows how long and possibly missing hardware, would she discount it? She said no! So their hours are terrible and I had to get off work early to be there before 6pm. She then tells me on the phone to hurry up because they close at 6pm and need to close promptly at that time due to the store alarm!
