Review content:
McGee was able to send someone to my house within 24 hours of my phone call (non-emergency). The technician (Tony) was very courteous and helpful. What I liked most was how he explained everything to me, so I knew not just what was going on but why. He explained what he was doing as he did it. He was very good about answering my questions in a clear and easy-to-understand way; I now actually understand how my HVAC system works much better than I did before--and how I can make sure it lasts as long as possible and runs as efficiently as possible. Perhaps more importantly, I felt he was giving me a real honest and professional assessment. On another note, the maintenance package McGee offers is quite a good deal. I would definitely recommend it and this company for any of your HVAC needs.
