We contracted with the Pattie Group to design and implement a landscape plan for our new home. So, it was a ?start from scratch? kind of project.\r \r On the one hand, they did a great job working with us to develop a landscape plan and working with our homeowner's association to get it approved. The guys on the crew who actually implemented the plan were generally very conscientious. \r \r However, they did cut though our underground pet fence wiring and failed to repair it correctly, resulting in a number of calls to have them back out. Similarly, they did a less than thorough job of removing rocks from our yard, something we specifically asked them to pay attention to. \r \r They have honored their guarantee and replaced plants that didn't fare well over the first couple of winters.\r \r We've had them back a couple of times to do maintenance and the results have been very good.\r \r So, while we've had some challenges, what relationship hasn't?
