Rented a duplex in broad ripple for a year through Dorfman. They seemed fine while living there although the house was in poor condition. \r Our biggest issue with them was in getting our security deposit back. In total we gave them $825. We were made aware they would deduct from that for carpet cleaning (not that you could really do anything to the carpets since it had been warn down from likely many years of abuse/neglect). This cost us $193... Are you kidding me? They also charged us $60 to replace a set of 'dirty' window blinds. The last charge $50, was for the removal of a broken washer from the basement that was present when we moved in! Since they didn't include it in the initial lease we ended up replacing the broken unit out of pocket.\r All in all if you have other options for living in the area, take them.
