I fell for their upsell and agreed to have my lawn overseeded on the condition that I would have to be called to schedule the appropriate time. I tried this last year, received no call and the technician put the seeds over a solid covering of leaves. A call to the office confirmed what the paperwork left in the door stated: will not be effective unless the leaves are removed prior to seedingt. They agreed to try again but then never called back to schedule it. Winter came ...fast forward to another call to sell it to me again. I explained what happened in 2009 and the phone seller assured me that I would be called. The call never came but a technician came and seeded it just after some of my leaves had fallen during the storm occurring as he did it. This was done just prior to the long weekend and when I was scheduled to be out of town several days.
