Businiess name:  Planet Honda

Review content:
This is about the Honda service departments. I took my car to Planet Honda because a warning light came on and they were close by. They charged me $100 dollars, told me about a major engine problem (although I was having no problems before or while the warning light was on), recommended and quoted the repair cost, and sent me on my way -- warning light still on. Since I was not having any problems (other than the light) I took the car to Bosak Honda. They charged 1/2 teh amount for the diagnotic ($50.) They said the warning light indicates that a major problem may surface but did not recommend the repair since I was having no problems. The price they quoted for the eventual repair was hundreds of dollars less than Planet Honda, and they turned the warning light off so that I could tell if any future occurences happened. Conclusion: Service at Planet Honda is more costly and less helpful.
