I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY KNOWN AS SCHUMACKER & CO. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE OR EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT THEY RECEIVED MY COMPLAINT CONCERNING DON CARTER'S ALLSTAR LANES IN BATON ROUGE LOUISIANA.\r

My complaint was that the lanes I had reserved were given out by the management of the bowling alley because a tournament needed extra lanes. I understand tournaments needing more lanes than they are originally given but use of any extra lanes should be limited to any OPEN lanes except for those previously reserved. Alas the bowling center does not agree, thus I will not be returning. The only reason they are getting 1 star is becuz I can't give them ZERO stars!
