I think the other review is completely bogus. I have 'no dog in this hunt' (absolutely no connection to this garage or it's employees). I don't go to them exclusively, but they have been my primary mechanic for at least a decade, maybe even longer, I've kind of lost track. They are extremely competent mechanics and you won't get ripped off on any repairs. They will NEVER tell you something needs to be fixed that doesn't. If they can't find your problem, then there is usually no charge for their labor. If sometimes the front desk is busy, you may wait a little, but BECAUSE they are trying to give good service. Most small garages only have one person at the front desk, so this is SOP. They are usually pretty busy so appointments are necessary. They have streamlined their oil changes and tires though so that it's walk-in with little wait. On the bad side, they can be a little pricey. Basic oil changes are $30 if you don't have a coupon.
