Review content:
Horrible customer service ... just horrible. I called to arrange a service appointment for a SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED repair. I was told that "We can't just send a repair crew out to you. We would have to send someone out to look at the problem." I then asked when the subsequent repair appointment would be set and was told "it could be anytime." I was told that the owner (Al Fulford) could call me "...when he gets by here". I asked when that would be and was told "it could be anytime." \r
I've inadequately described how impossible it was to get some assistance. All I got was a "good-ol'-southern-boy-lazy-a**-we'll-get-around-to-it-sometime" attitude.
