Although we frequently continue to order delivery (Even dockside at times!) My last few experiences while dining inhouse at Carbones have been somewhat filled with speculation. There have been multiple occasions that myself and others in my party have caught servers tacking extra drinks onto our tab, and have even had bartenders call out prices for drinks over the amount that the drink actually costs! From my experience in the industry, I know that this is not standard protocol for an establishment like this. I can also understand a few mix-ups here and there when cocktailing drinks. However, since it has happened time after time, I can't help but see a pattern of dishonesty forming here. Great pizza, AWESOME delivery service, but questionable moral standards amongst waitstaff when managing guests' tabs.
