Review content:
Unless you have local family on site or a knowledgeable representative who is on top of things, do not assign the Higgins Funeral Home to service your loved one's final needs. \r \r The Higgins establishment in New City should have the experience and wisdom to direct the final chapter in the life of any client, no matter the capacity of the supervision. That is what they are paid to do! They don't accomplish that.\r \r At my friend's final interment, the person from the funeral home who was in charge of the service took the liberty of pocketing the card that was enclosed with the only basket of flowers that were delivered to the service... ordered and payed for by the way... through their recommended florist.\r (can any one say kickback?)\r \r My family representative had to go to that person and ask where the flowers that were at the grave, came from, before being given the card. They watched as the funeral home representative removed the card from his pocket! \r \r WHY WAS IT IN HIS POCKET IN
