Review content:
Both my husband and me had used BAH for years but a few years ago, we noticed that the quality of service had deteriorated. Instead of a kindly hands-on vet like Ken Shea or the other experienced female vet, we now had to deal with the vet interns working there. One, an attractive young blond woman who seemed to have the empathy of a bread box, truly missed her opportunity to work at the \r Registry! Instead of knowing how to deal with a terrified dog, she proceeded to caustically lecture us until an experienced vet entered the room and instantaneously calmed our pet down. I assume that they still teach communication at vet school but apparently it must be all theory because these interns are lacking\r or must have skipped out on that class. We are now happy to give our business to Homeward Bound instead.
