I have used this location for routine medication refills. On almost all but 1-2 refills, they botched the order, did not make the medication, didn't ship it, or on several occasions LOST my refill. This last issue has caused me to just stop using this company ALL TOGETHER!\r
When I did not receive my shipment, I called. Courtney told me I had to call a different 877 number because she couldn't see the "tracking number" in her computer. WHAT! I'm the customer. Why didnt she call and call me back with the status! I then had to call their Deer Valley lab and distribution center, where I got transferred three times! Ashley picked the ball up and took ownership. I found out that the DV location LOST my prescription order and never made my compounded medication. Now, why couldn't "Courtney" have done that?. \r

When I called back and asked for their Director, David, I was told he was out and spoke with the Pharmacy manager. She couldn't help me and was useless so she had me speak with
