I refuse to go here for prescriptions, the pharmacy service is horrendous. Orders are never ready when promised, they've lost two refill bottles, the lines are long and the pharmacy help is very unfriendly. Front-of-store clerks are generally friendly, as well as the Photo clerks. BUT instead of waiting around for two hours, I prefer to use an online services to print photos, and this place has 'lost' several of my online photo orders. Rite Aid sends me an automated email telling my order was successfully transmitted and will be ready in an hour. Six or more hours later, no photos. Days later, no photos. They claim to use satellite to recieve photos and because of the area's poor weather, they often 'don't get the transfers.' They also can't use credit cards when there's bad weather. What a joke. Who uses satellite for these things? And what responsible company sends an email saying they're received am order when they haven't received it? I realize the photo problem is likely the compa
