Tom Johnson has a huge inventory of RV's. We bought our first Motor home here. They were 100% on the ball and helpful until we signed the papers and walked out the door. Now when we have a problem and you will with any motor home, it's the nature of the beast, they are close to worthless. They no longer give the quality of service that they offered before the sale. If we every purchase another RV it will not come from Tom Johnsons. The Marion location is a little better than the Charlotte location.
