We don't get to go to Mama Ricotta's as much anymore, as we live in University and have small children, but it is still a favorite special night out! Before children, we used to bring all out of town guests to Mama Ricotta's, so they could experience the deliciousness for themselves! Everyone loved it.\r

Yum, Yum, to the garlic rolls. Yum, Yum, to the salads, as everyone is mouth watering with just the right ingredients and dressing to satisfy your taste buds. We love to start off with the goat cheese and mascarpone dip. It just melts in your mouth, so creamy! My husband and I love to share our favorite dinners. The chicken organanta pizza has just the right spice and the chicken adds that extra yum. Our other favorite is penne alla vodka. The bacon bits and spice make it the best penne alla vodka we have ever had, and it was brings us back time and again. \r

Mama Ricotta's is a must try!
