Just to add to the dissapointed people who rented from Durkin. We too rented a 5 b'room house and found it to be in dire need of repairs, drawers were nailed shut... fridge door would not stay closed : we used duct tape for the week.. smells in the basement, broken light fixtures... a hole in the floor in front of the sliders.. NO curtains whatso ever in the entire house.. no broom or dust pan. We paid a cleaning fee, and there was a note on the fridge telling us we had to clean the entire house before leaving... we did that and found out later, that it was an outdated note, and we did not have to do any cleaning..(too late) there was a patch on the wall, which fell off while we were there, and it had a small hole in which we were told we weren't getting our deposit back because of .Well, by then I freaked out, had a few discussions with the office, and was sent my deposit back. We have rented from Durkin for many years, this was the worst... the house on Melville was not kept up by
