This company is the worst company for glasses that I have dealt with in the past. My son's glasses were not made as described. I at first refused to pick them up. They told me to take them and see how he adjust to them and then call if there was a problem. I did and left a message that same day saying that they were not acceptable. They told me since I had left with them, there was nothing I could do. These glasses that were supposed to be bendable and the demonstrated this by twisting them almost to a pretzel. A child was no supposed to be able to break them, however, the sold me their display that they used to bend and within 2 months I watched as my son remove his glasses at bedtime and they split at the nose bridge. They were under warrant,y so I returned them and the insisted I had to have the same item. They were supposed to notify us when they were in and they did not. I finally called to see if they had arrived and they told me that they had sold them because I had no
