My sump pump burned out and I called Roto-Rooter on June 9 at around 10:00am. They were very courteous and said they would have someone out to my home within 2 hours. They continued to update me on when someone would arrive within the 2 hour time span and told me the representative would call me when he was 15-20 min. away. I really appreciated the updates because most of the time with other companies you don't hear anything from them after the initial phone call. \r

The representative called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was very professional, waded through the water that I had in my basement, diagnosed the problem, told me what it would take to fix it and gave me a cost. Of course, I gave him the go ahead and he had the new pump installed and running within an hour after he arrived.\r

I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing problems anyone may have. They are very efficient, prompt, courteous, and reasonable. Keep up the good service Rot
