This is the worst company ever. My home warranty company contracted them to investigate a faulty A/C unit in my home after my regular A/C maintenance company deemed that there was a problem.\r

The technician arrived on Friday of a Labor Day weekend and all he did was listen to the condenser and open up the closet to my A/C unit before saying that everything looked okay.\r

I tried to explain that my home was not cooling down no matter how long I ran the A/C and that a recent preventive maintenance service found there was a problem with the compressor and possibly the evaporation coils. He did not check either of them! Instead, he said my problem was that the freon was overcharged and that by releasing some of it, that should fix my problem. I told him that my A/C was working fine until recently and that my freon was last charged over 18 months ago!\r
