Review content:
I had some work done on my car out of town (to save money). When I got it back things were fine for about a week and then I heard a strange metallic grinding noise coming from my front axle. I had Looz look at it and they found the problem right away. It turned out to be only some loose bolts on the backing plate and they were able to fix it in about a half hour. I was about to pay and they actually said that they were not going to charge me because of how minor the issue turned out to be. It is a rare thing to find an honest mechanic. Based on my experience with Looz, I will be going back for all my auto repair needs. They are fair and honest and I highly recommend them to anyone.
