Jim does a good job of getting the basics over the phone so Mike and the guys have an understanding of the issues before we arrive. They always see us as soon as we can get there. Lowe's has always been realistic, straight shooters. I appreciate that immensely. They say what they'll do and do what they say. Lowes takes care of both our family vehicles - Mercedes E-320 and Chevy Suburban.
