I LOVE this vet! I'm so picky about where my babies go and the quality of treatment they receive. The people here are so nice and caring. I'm the type of person who is nervous of doctor appointments, just because I never know what to expect. Ventana has certainty eased that for me, I know my cats will be cared for here. I had my feral born cat who has a bad temper and does not like strangers shaved here. She has long fluffy fur which started to matte up. They handled her wonderfully, she's three years old and really knows how to put up a fight! My main concern was that people wouldn't know how to deal with her or mistreat her because she isn't the most cuddly cat with people. Not Ventana! I felt so comfortable and confident leaving her with them. She came back to us with a cute (and a little comical) lion hair cut. She was like a brand new kitten again!
