4) On multiple occasions I asked Chris specifically if I could speak with a 'TECH'. I had spent almost 1000 with Secure Data Recovery and was being asked to spend another 1800 to actually get something back, so the ability for me to speak with a TECH seemed like a right I had earned. Chris promptly denied me this right and mentioned that "that's not how it works." Again, I mentioned that if the files don't play, it's a waste of my time. At this point we were way past the expedited service time frame that was promised to me. But Chris coyly avoided discussing this matter by mentioning the inevitable "small writing at the bottom of my agreement" that states that recovery is estimated and could take longer. \r This was infuriating simply because I don't know of any business that operates this way. When I have work done on my vehicle and I want to speak to the mechanic, I can. But in this situation, I can't? I'm supposed to hash it out with a 'liaison' who undoubtedly is not as e
