I had been looking for months for a later model replacement for my 05 Honda Accord hybid (superb car!). I saw a low mileage 07 Accord hybrid listed at Metro Toyota, and emailed about it. I got a prompt and informative reply, then did a series of additional messges back and forth with the internet salesman (Dan Taylor) and the manager (Chris Wirtanen). Both were very helpful, and they even arranged to take the car to the local Honda dealer so I could buy an independent second opinion. The car is great -- as they said it would be, and their service throughout the process of trading in my older model, including the paperwork smoothly handled by Jon, was a real pleasure. These guys are straight-shooters and went out of their way to please. An altogether satisfying experience!
