In summary, don't go to SOVG unless you are willing to tolerate some of the things that I experienced.\r

1) Long holds on the phone when calling- just like when you call the DWP or phone company. Sometimes, they forget there is someone on hold. You then may have to call back after giving up on them remembering that there is someone on hold. Try to call for yourself to check.\r

2) Being told that your pet needs "very important (and expensive) and critical tests" and then not being informed of the results properly or not at all. They said that someone would call be back with the results for my cat the next day, but they didn't call me back. I went there in person, only to find the waiting room packed. I waited for 2 hours in that waiting room until the place closed. Then Dr R talked to me about all kinds of things unrelated to my tests. I never did get the results from the tests as promised. I see that other reviews mention this as well. \r
