Review content:
Brought in my import to their shop when i first got it. They almost always require dropping the car off. Thankfully, they're by the #2 bus line. Oil change, tire mounting and regular inspection was done there. They missed a few alert points on the car. Namely, corroded rotors and cracked belts due to age. They didn't catch things that did need to be done on the car.\r

Got an estimate from them for work. Ordered the part needed for work. Dropped my car off on a Sunday with key in drop-box. By end of day Monday they just got around to working on it, only to tell me that there would need to be more that needed to be done to get the work complete. Why did I pay them to make an estimate in the first place? \r

Made an appointment for next week Monday morning. When I got there, they told me I had called to cancel. If I had called to cancel, why would I be standing there waiting for work. They had to reschedule me. \r
