DO NOT RENT FROM ALLIANCE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN MANHATTAN, KS! \r
The company, although they put on a nice facade, they will take you and break you. I thought they were a decent company and, as many people, I disregarded the awful reviews I read online. I assumed "those people" writing those reviews left their apartments trashed and damaged. We however, did not leave our apartment neither trashed nor damaged, but in better condition than at move-in (where there were purple stains on the walls, missing outlet covers, MOLD in the shower, spider webs in all corners, and trash remnants from the previous tenant...all this after I was "assured" that the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by the office!). \r
They took ALL of our security and pet deposit and sent us a bill in the mail, instead of the security check I was expecting. In hindsight, I would rather PAY MORE MONEY with any other company than EVER rent from Alliance Property Management in Manhattan, KS ever again!
