Review content:
Repeatedly tried to sell me tires when I did not need them. Refused to install my tires - stated that they were 'bald' and would not be held responsible if I got in an accident, then preceded to try and sell me some tires again. I went to a Firestone service center and they installed my supposed 'bald' tires with no fuss. I went back to ashland and told them this and even showed them the Tire Wear guide in the tire warranty I forgot about earlier - they said that was ancient and started to get angry (earlier, another worker attacked me by saying I was not a 'tire guy' so I did not know what I was talking about). Found out they over charged me too in the past - I paid them around $120, but Firestone charged $36 for the exact same service without any hard sell. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
