took my french horn in for estimate on repairs and not only made to feel stupid, I know I was quoted for work that I know did not need to be done. Didn't seem to want the business. Went elsewhere mostly because of attitude. got fair and honest estimates at two other shops. Friendliness and courteous behavior goes a long way today. giving the benefit of the doubt that hopefully he was just having a bad day
