I highly recommend this branch located north Tampa by Arigato. When my car got totaled, they had a car pick me up at my house within 15 minutes of my call to them. The manager there and all the employees I came in contact with are great. They took care of all my needs, and when my insurance wouldn?t pay for the rental anymore, they let me continue to pay the insurance company?s rate (which was much lower than the public rate.) They always called me by name and I saw them treat all their customers with respect. I will definitely go here again anytime I need a rental.
