This is the sworn statement I made to the authorities. \r \r Thank you for your time reading this. I had sent this letter originally to Melbourne and was notified my address is in your jurisdiction.\r On March 26, 2013 at about 1645HRS. J. Scott Hemenway, came to my home at 1540 Seneca Drive Melbourne and assaulted me claiming I owe his company for vet services.\r He came to my door unannounced and unexpected. He is the vet we have owed almost 1000$ to for about three years.\r We have been paying him off bit buy bit, and got the bill down to just under $360. \r I had called the Minton Animal Hospital and asked if I could come down and pay $300 to pay off the debt and was told yes. I am not sure if this was January/December or November. This of course is a civil matter. It was a simple dispute until Mr. Hemenway came to my home and on my doorstep took his bill I had returned “RETURN TO SENDER”, shoved it into my chest and screamed at me that there was something wrong with my mail service.
