We have taken our pets to the is vet hosp. for the last 15 years. Dr. Faust and Dr. Reed have been wonderful. We have a dog that is now almost 8 years old. She has been on phenobarb since she was 6 months old. Dr. Anderson would not renew her medication because he received the request on a Saturday. I requested it early Friday, while Dr. Faust was there and he is my dogs vet. We should have been notified on Friday. This has become one big headache and there must be a new desk person because she was so rude. I am use to the ladies that work during the week. This is a horrible experience. If it continues as my dog HAS to see Dr. Anderson in order to get his med. If she is not given her RX, she will begin horiible seizures by Monday...this is Saturday.\r \r After 15 years of great service and many different pets/family members being treated by this facility, I have to say that IF this does not work out in kindness and understanding, we will be changing all of our animals to a new
