This store has a large variety of wig and hair pieces, but their customer service, return and exchange policy leaves alot to be desired. As one of the other reviewers stated, they treat ALL blacks as criminals. I recently purchased a half wig and 2 days later discovered that I purchased the wrong style. I went back to exchange the wig for the correct one and they wouldn't let me. The wig was in the orginial package untouched and upon inspection they would have noticed that I had not used it. If that's their policy fine, but there is no need to be rude about it and persecute EVERY black because of what a few customers may have done. They've hired spanish speaking employees that also have adapted their attitudes. I do not like nor appreciate how they treat the people who are making them wealthy. They will never see a red cent of my money any more.
