They charge outrageous amounts to hold an apartment and their rent is not worth what you get. If you go there, make sure it is really where you want to stay because you will not get any money back.\r \r I put a deposit down to hold an apartment then found a better, cheaper, place. When I told the people at Wilson Acres, they refused to give me anything back. I did not expect the application fees back but at least the deposit should have been returned since I had not even signed a lease. Be sure to ask what is and is not refundable because they claim that nothing there is even though I was never told that when I paid. They charge an Administrative Fee of $175 and no one there could explain what it is for.\r \r The people that manage this complex have no morals, even if it were legal to keep the deposit it is wrong to keep almost $500 (deposit, application fees, and administrative fees) when I have not received any services from Wilson Acres.\r \r It is not just Wilson Acres, AIMCO has a lot o
