I wanted to let you know what I think of Eckerd's Drug in Louisburg North Carolina.
I was getting all of our family's prescriptions there and have been for many years.
Recently, this drug store did not have the prescription for my son in stock. Rather than sending me to another drug store, they gave me 9 pills instead of the 30 the prescription called for. The pharmacist told me that they would notify my doctor to get another prescription written out for the remaining amount. I then called and visited Eckerd's several times and they did not send this information to my doctor, even after claiming they had. I since found out later that they were not even supposed to fill this prescription if they did not have the right amount to start with. I was hung-up on, once, rudely told it was not their problem basically, was given the run-around more than once. The personel told me lies and made up different excuses...and to top it all off, I still never got the medication for my son that mont
