My fiance' ordered my engagement ring with matching wedding band from this company. They told him it would be ready in about 8 weeks. When it should have been ready, he called them to check on the order. He found out that they had a problem placing the order and had only placed it the day before it was supposed to be ready. He did not receive a call to inform him of this delay. Due to this huge inconvenience, they promised to give him a great deal on a center stone. Finally when the rings arrived, he went in to look at and decide on a center stone. He had shopped around and could not believe the price they told him was a good deal. He was very upset and did not purchase the center stone from Nacol's, but received a much better deal elsewhere. Also, this ring was special ordered due to the small size of my finger. I went in to have it sized. The rings came in 1/4 of a size bigger than what it should have been. The ring was really big so I had my finger sized at a different je
