They made a bunch of verbal claims outside of the contract language which where lies. I would like to state them here, so it will be more difficult for them next time.\r \r -Parking: They said ""We have plenty of parking, plus you can always park in the grocery stores parking lot."" Parking is ALWAYS a problem. And no, parking illegally in the stores lot after hours is not cool. Imagine that advice from the property manager of a large company: ""Just park illegally next door, it's cool."" I try not too judge people with tattoos, but if you look and speak like white trash, have white trash tattoos on your hands/wrists... I guess it's only my fault for listening to her. Or just because I was lied to, and am now trapped in a expensive lease; I want to associate her lies to wrist tattoos. I'm sure there are a bunch of good people in the world with tattoos on their hands. Should I be hesitant when signing an almost 20k and year long contract with one?\r \r Also this place is really flimsy. Every step my neighbors make, I know about. If they shut a door, open a drawer, turn on a faucet. I've lived in poor apartments that had much better insulation of sound and vibration. This place has a nice facade.
