Businiess name:  Medical Center For Birds

Review content:
I first visited this hospital when I brought an injured pigeon to the hospital. I'd brought animals to the Lindsay Museum before, and it is always unsatisfying there. The Medical Center for Birds does charity work for injured birds. They ask you to make a donation if you can. They obviously cared about even a lowly pigeon and I was very happy to leave it in their care. I later brought in an injured hawk, and frankly, I was a little afraid to get too close to its talons and fierce beak. The vet handled the bird expertly and they took good care of it. \r \r Now that I have my cockatiel, it's good to have a vet that has expertise with birds. People bring their birds into the hospital in their normal cages, so the birds are calm. The staff is very nice. It is conveniently located on Main Street in Oakley, but parking can be a little tight.
