There was a man, i believe the manager, and he was the rudest man i ever met in my life. He sold me a sick animal, and when i brought it the next day to return, he told me that they only refund dry food...remember that, because there is no sign. Also, the receipt is misleading by saying you can make returns within ten days with the receipt, which i had, but i was denied. He also said, if he took it back, and gave me eighty percent *upon sale, not even on the return, that it was a "favor". I'm strongly considering small claims court. He also rudely mocked me the whole time. \r

Another complaint i had, when i went before, there was a small ten gallon tank in the back, with around thirty to forty mice...that is a cruel way to keep them. Just because they are feeder mice, doesn't mean you have to treat them that way. they are kept in a small back almost closet. The chinchillas had nowhere to hop in their cage, and the ferret cage was also small.\r

I think this is a terrible store
